This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to step into a guiding position providing not only direct support to children and young people, but also supporting your team to deliver the very best care. You’ll be a source of strength, calm and encouragement, offering practical support while keeping the young person’s voice at the centre of everything you do.
You’ll work across our residential home, out in the community and occasionally in family settings. Whether it’s leading a team meeting, co-ordinating care plans, or helping a young person through a challenging moment you’ll be right there in the thick of it, shaping lives with compassion and purpose.

As we do our work in Christ’s name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
