Be the backbone of the UK's infrastructure! Are you ready to take your career underground, literally? As a Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Operative, you'll be installing vital pipelines and cables across the UK using advanced technology and specialised equipment.

Your responsibilities include prepping worksites, steering drill heads with precision, solving complex problems, and maintaining high safety and environmental standards. This role offers hands-on work, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a visible impact — no two days are the same.

We seek experienced, safety-conscious, mechanically-minded professionals with a 'can-do' attitude, willingness to travel, and a UK driving license. CPCS or NPORS certification is preferred, or willingness to train.
