What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?

As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles, we are opening opportunities for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.

What does this mean?

We will process your application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you will be added to a hold pool and prioritized for future training courses. Our team will keep in regular contact to provide updates and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.

Please note, to progress your application, you must complete initial stages including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for upcoming opportunities.

Requirements
  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
  • Height should be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else.
  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and willing to work shift patterns.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
