We are pleased to be offering a role at a leading manufacturing business in the Blackpool area. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful applicant will become part of a friendly and supportive team environment with great opportunities to progress. This is a permanent and full-time position which will provide the right candidate with the chance to hone their skills in this exciting industry.
What the role will entail:
Be the first point of contact for general enquiries and escalate cases to the Director where appropriate
Logging absences and sickness into the company system
Administrative duties to support the HR team such as pre-employment checks and contacting references
Liaising with key stakeholders via phone and email
Assisting the HR Director by setting up meetings, issuing employment contracts and giving general support
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships with the HR team and employees
Strong attention to detail accompanied by the ability to work to deadlines effectively
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Confident with IT systems and able to use these products in a productive capacity
What we require from you:
CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards this during the role
Experience in Human Resources for at least 1 year
What's on Offer:
Salary of £20,000 - £23,000
