Brief overview of role: To lead the development and delivery of an outstanding customer
experience across all Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove (AUKWSBH) services, ensuring
every interaction is responsive, inclusive and high-quality. The role will champion a customerfirst culture, using insight and data to continuously improve services for older people and our
communities.
Hours: 37 hours a week
Salary: £44,100 per annum
Location: Hybrid/Flexible - we have buildings in Brighton, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Horsham and Bognor Regis, giving flexibility to choose your main base - as well as the option for homeworking on occasions
