Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IBM Z Series Security Administrator to join our client's IT Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and enhancing the security of our IBM Z (mainframe) environment. This role requires expertise in RACF, z/OS, and related IBM mainframe security tools and practices.

Key Skills and Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in IBM Z system administration or security.
2. Expertise in RACF and z/OS security architecture.
3. Hands-on experience with Tivoli zSecure, ACF2, or Top Secret.
4. Strong understanding of compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001.
5. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Consulting background preferred.
8. Strong oral and written communication skills.
9. Legal right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available).
