Job Title: Lead C# Developer / Software Engineer (C# .Net Core Azure) Reigate / WFH to £95k

Location: Reigate, United Kingdom (Hybrid work model: twice a week in the office)

Job Description:

Are you a backend-focused C# technologist seeking an opportunity to work on cutting-edge SaaS technology? Join a global InsurTech company as a Lead C# Developer, taking a principal role in their flagship SaaS insurance platform, which handles 4 billion requests per month. You will focus on evolving backend services supporting large-scale calculation systems, remaining hands-on while setting standards and providing technical leadership within an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• Expertise in C# .Net Core backend development, with experience in developing highly available, scalable systems
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud deployment
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with Pulumi or Terraform experience
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker at scale, with an understanding of modern microservices architecture
• Experience leading technical projects and promoting best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
