Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join ourBusiness Intelligence & Business Digital team as aData Solutions/Business Improvements Analyst Graduate!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working as part of a collaborative network, focus is on priority business improvements (how users run process in and around our SAP business applications) via an array of modern IT applications (incl some low code/no code tools).
- With the given priorities, target solutions get conceptualised (you would be part of concept design)
- Approved concepts would be built as prototypes (you would be part of prototype build & test).
- Thought will be given to how solutions can be shared across countries, this you would consider in concept design.
- The evolved prototype would be made production ready (you would lead that).
- Solutions would come from combination of SAP (origin of business data), Microsoft Azure Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform (principally Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Key to success, is understanding the business process and context, in order to provide advantageous solutions.
Another aspect of this role, is to spread these skills by fostering and training other talents within this company. So, the successful candidate needs to see skills and knowledge sharing as an important part of the role. Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear way.
- Ability to understand the structure of large, complex data sets.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering information in front of various stakeholder groups, and the ability to adapt to the audience.
- Experience of coaching peers in technical subjects, and the ability to facilitate workshops or tutorials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think of solutions to business problems.
- Skilled in building networks across the business, including colleagues from different departments and countries.
- Ability to contribute to group discussions, and to not be afraid of being wrong!
- Willingness to learn/receive feedback and adapt to the ever-changing HVAC market and technical landscape.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Degree in Computing, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
- Proficiency in KNIME for data integration, processing, and manipulation.
- Experience with Power Platform for building custom applications and automating business processes.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks for data storage and processing, or knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of python for data transformation and SQL for database querying.
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
