Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS Solutions

Location: Fully Remote

Industry: SaaS, ERP, Supply Chain, CRM, Business Applications

Salary: £70,000-£90,000 basic, £6,000 car allowance, £70,000-£90,000 OTE

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for new business development? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact growth and success?

We’re looking for a Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive new customer acquisition for our clients Enterprise SaaS solution. In this role, you’ll use your sales expertise to identify and engage potential clients, showcase the value of our technology, and close deals that fuel business growth.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach – Work with our internal team to identify potential customers, conduct prospecting, and initiate contact through cold calling, email, and networking.
  2. Sales Presentations & Demos – Deliver compelling presentations alongside our dedicated presales team, demonstrating the value and impact of our software solution.
  3. Relationship Building – Cultivate strong connections with prospects, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solution as the answer.
  4. Negotiation & Closing – Manage the sales process from first contact to final agreement, ensuring smooth and successful deal closures.
  5. Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance the customer journey.
  6. Sales Performance & Reporting – Track and analyze your sales pipeline, using CRM tools to optimize your strategy and meet (or exceed!) targets.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. A proactive, ambitious sales professional with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. We need a HUNTER!
  2. Experience closing deals sizes of £150k upwards and hitting targets of £800k+
  3. Sold an Enterprise and Complex SaaS platform
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  5. A strategic mindset with resilience and persistence to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  6. Ability to understand complex software solutions and convey their value effectively.
