Salary: From £24,500 depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Working style: Hybrid with flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe

VF Corporation is looking for an outstanding Credit Controller (Strategic Accounts) to join our Credit Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, managing a selection of some of the largest clients of the business.

As a Strategic Credit Controller, you will:

1. Manage the day-to-day running of large accounts with significant turnover.
2. Communicate with customers via phone, Zoom/Teams, email, and customer portals to discuss payments, disputes, and resolve queries quickly and effectively.
3. Collaborate internally with teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
4. Highlight and escalate key issues impacting your accounts.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

• Have financial and commercial awareness.
