Job Role: Cleaning Operative

This role will be based in a retail environment, ensuring we maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store. You will be working 14.75 hours throughout the week, Monday to Saturday, alongside our existing team in Silloth. If you are driven to maintain high standards of work and enjoy working as part of a team, we can find the right role for you. Responsibilities

1. Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
2. Build knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedule, and all equipment and chemicals used, following Health and Safety requirements.
3. Undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
4. Work within a team and also use your own initiative.
5. Build positive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement.
