We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking advanced pharmacist who is keen to lead a team to deliver excellent pharmaceutical care to patients within Primary Care in Dunfermline. You will be responsible for service delivery at cluster level and have an active role in training other staff as well as being an integral part of the team delivering a well-respected Pharmacotherapy Service.
You will be on the practising register of the General Pharmaceutical Council and be an active independent prescriber.
As an essential member of the GP Practice Team, you will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work with a range of clinical and non-clinical personnel and patients. You will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to supporting the development of others within your team. You will have experience of service development and a strong desire to deliver quality services across a GP cluster. Previous primary care experience would be desirable.
You will work alongside the existing and expanding team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and medicines management support workers, along with existing senior practice pharmacists.
