Job Description

  • Assist the Project Management Partners in developing a pipeline of opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and defence industries
  • Support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
  • Support development of targeted marketing material, bid documents, capability statements and attend networking events
  • Managing project development life cycle
  • Design development and obtaining planning consent
  • Contract administration
  • Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers.
  • Lead business development activities and build client relationships.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and company growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Project Manager should have:

  • Significant experience as a Project Manager, with demonstrable experience managing teams.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of JCT traditional and JCT D&B contracts.
  • Ability to bring existing client relationships is a plus.
  • Willingness to work from the office full-time.
  • Commit to training, developing and growing PM team
  • You must be already Chartered with a professional body( MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, etc)
