Job Description
Assist the Project Management Partners in developing a pipeline of opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and defence industries
Support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
Support development of targeted marketing material, bid documents, capability statements and attend networking events
Managing project development life cycle
Design development and obtaining planning consent
Contract administration
Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers.
Lead business development activities and build client relationships.
Oversee the delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
Contribute to strategic planning and company growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Project Manager should have:
Significant experience as a Project Manager, with demonstrable experience managing teams.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of JCT traditional and JCT D&B contracts.
Ability to bring existing client relationships is a plus.
Willingness to work from the office full-time.
Commit to training, developing and growing PM team
You must be already Chartered with a professional body( MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, etc)
