Full-Time Technician Pay Scale

$31.78/hr to $51.49/hr, DOE, plus $2.00 Field Differential.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction, agriculture, or power systems.
  • Troubleshoot within all diesel technology systems, including hydraulics, electrical, power trains, etc.
  • Work overtime as needed; hours over 8 per day are paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Engage in lifelong learning to stay current with industry standards and updates.
  • Lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Travel to Butler and customer locations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Two-year associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Trade-specific tools, including hand and pneumatic tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer technology.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • CDL or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to meet insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick learner.
