Job Description:

Vita Student, Vita Living, House of Social, Union are seeking a Night-Time Customer Service Assistant in Newcastle. The role offers an hourly rate of £13, working hours from 9pm to 6am, with 2 shifts per week. Availability must be flexible across Monday to Sunday due to varying shifts.

The position involves delivering a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents, maintaining the upkeep of the site and facilities, providing exceptional service, and ensuring safety and cleanliness during night hours. Responsibilities include greeting residents, maintaining communal areas, managing parcels, and handling emergencies.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety, and be technologically savvy. Personal qualities include excellent communication, organizational skills, adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to work during holidays and special occasions.
