Job description

SSA are looking for a project architect for our client, a well-known architecture firm in Belfast.

They are looking to expand their already established team due to the number of projects they have upcoming over the next few years.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and coordinate architectural design and documentation for multiple projects.
  2. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  3. Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Participate in site visits and project meetings, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Work on a wide range of large to medium-sized projects across the residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
  2. Strong technical design ability.
  3. Revit (Highly Desirable).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, consultants, and teams.
  5. Experience and ability on site including coordination, supervision, problem solving, and issue resolution.
  6. Ability to travel to site when required.
  7. Driver's License.
