We seek an Assistant Director to join our team, who will act as an inspiring leader within our expanding financial services consultancy. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Shaping, developing, and expanding BeyondFS propositions
2. Contributing directly through sales and business development
3. Leading and delivering our largest and most complex transformation programmes
4. Supporting recruitment and other HR activities
5. Managing critical internal projects

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

1. 10-15+ years of financial services experience within banking, with a blend of consulting and industry experience, ideally gained at a top-tier consulting firm or large financial institution with exposure to diverse products and geographies
2. Significant senior-level experience across client organizations, with trusted relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
3. Proven experience in building and leading data and automation teams in financial crime or regulatory operations
4. Deep knowledge of data environments related to financial crime and regulatory functions
5. Experience in developing and growing data transformation teams, including mentoring junior staff
6. Ability to develop a consultancy from go-to-market offerings to client delivery and internal practice development

Skillset

1. Passion for data analysis and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences effectively
2. Extensive experience with industry-leading data analytics, engineering, and visualization tools
3. Expertise in leading data transformation programmes and operational change initiatives
4. In-depth knowledge of financial crime, regulatory, and operational data environments
5. Experience analyzing large datasets within an FS context
6. Experience dealing with regulators and managing remedial programmes
7. A strong network within banking operations and recognition as an industry expert

Remuneration and benefits

We offer:

• Competitive salary from £105k, with up to 10% sales bonus, up to 10% company bonus, and up to 10% personal performance bonus
