POSITION SUMMARY

Join the historic and welcoming environment of Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club, a site rich in history and Welsh charm. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes and ensuring a memorable stay.

Deliver excellent guest service by providing information, answering questions, and facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs. Contribute to a positive guest experience that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

What you’ll do

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and key activations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and address guest concerns
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide local area information
  • Handle payments, reservations, and cancellations
  • Manage daily reports on guest arrivals and departures
