We are recruiting a Trainee Data Analyst to join our Performance and Innovation team. You will support the delivery of business intelligence and data analysis services, working closely with the Data Analyst to manage data across its lifecycle, from collection to reporting, ensuring outputs support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include developing reporting systems, data visualisation tools, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, uncover insights, and support business performance and innovation.
You will help create and maintain dashboards and reports, monitor data quality, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Delivering work with high accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism is essential, along with contributing to data controls and participating in training activities to enhance your skills.
A high-level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Systems) or significant practical experience in a similar role is essential. Proven knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, SQL) and visualisation tools (Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau) is also required.
