Entry Level Teaching Roles
Are you looking to move into a teaching position but do not hold the relevant qualifications? Do you enjoy working with children and young people and making a positive impact on their lives? This role is for you. Protocol Education are working with secondary schools throughout Wiltshire and are looking to appoint Entry Level Teachers/Cover Supervisors to join them to support learning across the school in the coming terms.
Employment Type: Full time preferred. Part time considered
Hours: Usually 08.30 - 15.30
Start Date: Easter 2025
The Role
To manage and support classes during teacher absence where work has been set by a qualified teacher and can be carried out independently by pupils.

You are not expected to be an expert on all subjects, just to have the ability to handle a class and be a friendly, confident, and trusting individual.
This role is ideal if you are looking to progress into a teaching career and need some classroom experience. You will lead classes and get a taste of working across subjects/year groups, handling behaviour and improving your teaching skills and confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
