Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Administrator with a strong interest in operations to manage financial reporting, invoicing, payroll, and working with external accountants.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Administration:

- Ensure timely, accurate payments and resolve discrepancies

- Lead weekly payment meetings with the CFO

- Perform account reconciliations using NetSuite and Payhawk

- Maintain the general ledger and support audits

Process Improvement:

- Oversee invoicing, client payments, and cash flow optimisation

- Review and streamline financial processes

Financial Operations:

- Prepare payroll details for external accountants

- Manage payment runs and regulatory filings (e.g., VAT returns)

- Mitigate client financial risks

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in an accounts team

- Actively studying or aiming to pursue ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications

- Proficient in NetSuite and Google Sheets

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
