Role & Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
  • Prioritize safety and service quality in all activities.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Process Excellence
  • Partner with the Geozone Controller and leadership team for financial support.
  • Review and consolidate routine financial and ad hoc reports.
  • Prepare monthly corporate finance review presentations.
  • Coordinate and direct Geozones in budget, forecast, reporting, and variance requirements, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Implement new finance processes, strategic plans, and projects for Geozone Operations.
  • Provide feedback from Geozones to Corporate.
  • Create financial models/reports to monitor KPIs and project performance.
  • Monitor daily business operations and alert leadership to potential risks or issues.
  • Review underperforming product lines and regions.
  • Act as liaison between Corporate/Leadership and Geozones finance teams.
  • Assist with finance team development and training.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and root cause investigations as needed.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills at strategic and operational levels.
  • Technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • High integrity, work ethic, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially JD Edwards; HFM experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
Education & Experience
  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience.
