We are hiring Pega professionals to join our fantastic team. We have different roles at different levels from System Architects to Lead System Architect. What will I be doing if I am hired?
  1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  2. Analyse functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements, leveraging Pega OOTB features.
  3. Provide inputs on the technical feasibility of requirements.
  4. Design:
  5. Prepare high-level and low-level designs considering customer NFRs and constraints.
  6. Guide the team in preparing and reviewing technical specification documents.
  7. Understand and ensure Guardrail compliance in the project.
  8. Create class structures.
  9. Address high-level architectural aspects of non-Pega technologies within the Pega ecosystem.
Coding and Code Review:
  1. Perform hands-on coding and guide the team according to the approved design.
  2. Conduct code reviews, focusing on elements such as adherence to standards and best practices.
General:
  1. Guide relevant stakeholders (clients/internal teams) and enterprise assets development to standardize overall solution architecture within EAS processes, standards, and guidelines.
  2. Ensure architecture maximizes Pega's out-of-the-box functionalities.
  3. Create scalable architecture capable of accommodating future requirements.
  4. Coordinate between Business, QA, and Development teams for defect triaging.
What do I need to be successful?
  • Hands-on experience with Pega.
  • Experience designing patterns in Pega, with knowledge of complex integrations, AES/PDC, and non-functional aspects.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with at least one Pega Industry Framework.
  • Certification such as Pega CSSA or PEGA CLSA, depending on the level.
