Our client is a key player in the UK utilities sector, delivering capital infrastructure improvements across the South East. With a focus on modernising operations and embracing innovation, they are expanding their engineering team. Due to ongoing project demands, they are seeking an experienced MEICA / Commissioning Engineer to join the team.

The MEICA / Commissioning Engineer Role:

Working within the MEICA team, reporting to the Senior Site MEICA/Commissioning Engineer, you will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEICA elements on capital delivery projects. Your responsibilities include design review, commissioning, defect resolution, and liaising with internal stakeholders. The role is 100% site-based in Kent, with travel across the South East for various project phases.

  • HNC or Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience with MEICA-based installations and commissioning
  • Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and VSDs
  • Familiarity with water utilities, plant, and process equipment
  • Skilled in defect identification, document reviews, and technical reporting
  • Comfortable with site inspections, testing, and handover processes
