Job Description:

Immediate start! We are seeking an experienced worker within manufacturing sectors.

This role involves processing animal food through milling, extrusion, drying, and coating, ensuring safety and quality standards are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process safe products for customers, ensuring right first time, in a clean and controlled environment.
• Achieve production goals at minimal cost by reducing waste, maintaining asset speed, troubleshooting issues, and escalating downtime when necessary.
• Collaborate with peers and follow the Shift Manager's guidance to perform duties effectively.

Main Duties:

• Operate a mill, including loading bulk materials via FLT and manually adding ingredients, performing technical checks, and recording data.
• Operate extruder, dryer, coater, cooler, and manage bulk storage with all necessary checks and recordings.
• Handle waste segregation and transfer for rework.
• Maintain cleanliness, including cleaning as you go and wider site cleaning as required.
