About Shared Service Centre (SSC)

Our Shared Service Centre (SSC) will have you working across every part of BDO. You’ll create real value, assist large-scale operations, provide in-depth expertise, and keep the firm moving forward. Wherever you work with us, you’ll be driving a meaningful and successful career alongside mentors and peers who support your success.

About you

We’re looking for curious, resilient, and adaptable individuals. You should be passionate, with a desire to do the right thing and be accountable. We value relationship-building and will help you develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bring a data mindset, strong logical and analytical skills, and critical thinking—we’ll provide the tools and training to develop everything else you’ll need.

Programme-specific requirements:

• Second-year students of a four-year undergraduate degree, seeking a third-year work placement
• A predicted 2:2 degree in any discipline
• Three A-levels or equivalent at A*-C, excluding General Studies and Extended Projects (obtained or predicted)
• 9-4 in Maths and English at GCSE/Scottish Standards or equivalent
