Job Description

• Manage and oversee the operation of the Transaction Services department.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The Successful Applicant

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a TS function.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of the professional services industry.
• Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.
