About The Role

As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure stock levels support sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

Main Duties Include

1. Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure efficiency.
2. Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
3. Verify stock quantities against computer records.
4. Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges.
5. Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and collaboration with Drivers to optimize delivery service.
6. Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can develop their potential.

Working Hours

Average of 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work.

About You

You should have a proven track record in managing a warehouse, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
