Sales Associate PT

Payor: Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

Overview

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. Develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales approach. This position is based at our branch located at 75 Acco Dr, York, PA 17402.

Responsibilities
  • Support business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
  • Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
  • Perform local sales calls, driving a company vehicle to customer sites
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
  • Currently pursuing or have a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field, or have relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Strong math, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Organized, with good planning and prioritizing skills
  • Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
  • Alignment with our core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
  • Pass a drug screen and background check as required
