Support Worker (Bank) at Rosemary Cottage Care Limited

Principle Duties:

1. Provision of high quality person-centred care
2. To work as part of a care team providing a service to meet the highest regulatory standards
3. To support the residents with their drug/alcohol recovery in line with their care plans
4. To support the residents as directed by the line manager
5. To ensure that residents are supported in line with their care plans in order to enhance their daily living skills
6. To be aware of any deterioration in physical or mental health of the residents and report this to the line manager
7. To carry out tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for dignity and privacy irrespective of the severity of the residents' disability or personal circumstances
8. To respond to any emergencies that may occur either at Rosemary Cottage, or whilst supporting residents in the community in accordance with the company's procedures
