Job Description:

The Senior HR Business Partner role involves supporting a global organization within the Insurance Industry during its expansion and growth phase. The successful candidate will work within a talented HR team, reporting to the Head of HR, and will be responsible for:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and solutions to enhance business performance. Supporting organizational change initiatives and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. Analyzing HR metrics to identify workforce trends and address issues proactively.
  2. Employee Relations (ER): Serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, ensuring fair application of policies and employment law. Providing guidance to HR team members and managers on employee engagement and retention strategies. Collaborating with legal and internal stakeholders to mitigate employment risks.
  3. Training and Development (T&D): Developing and executing learning programs, overseeing performance management, and embedding a culture of continuous development. Working with external providers to deliver training as needed.
  4. Talent Acquisition: Leading the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, ensuring effective workforce planning, recruitment, and leadership succession planning.
  5. Benefits and Compensation: Implementing employee well-being programs, managing salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance-related pay in collaboration with finance and business leaders.

Minimum requirements include a CIPD level 5 qualification and over 5 years of experience as an HRBP within a global role. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including a car and lunch allowance, alongside a discretionary company bonus.
