About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Department Practitioner/Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and support. As an integral part of our theatre department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical outcomes while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing anaesthetic services and supporting the surgical team during procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the effective functioning of the theatre department.
  • Developing and maintaining skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Working effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements:

  • Highest level of HCPC/NMC registration.
  • Essential experience as an Anaesthetic Practitioner, with desirable additional recovery or surgical scrub skills.
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • A flexible and positive attitude, with a warm, considerate, and empathetic character.
