Job Description:
The Partner Success Analyst will provide client support across all client groups while working collaboratively with the business. The role involves various responsibilities, including front and back-office tasks.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for LMAX Global and Digital clients, acting as an ambassador for the company and servicing clients across different trading platforms.
- Provide support at all levels, handling enquiries or complaints efficiently via phone, email, post, and live chat.
- Perform administrative back-office tasks such as running reports, managing account statements, and handling requests.
- Process client trades over the telephone, acting as a trader.
- Assist clients in understanding their trade executions through analysis.
- Manage client accounts, including opening accounts, following up on documents, and handling trading queries and payments.
- Carry out basic payment tasks like fund transfers to and from MT4/5, inter-account transfers, verifying bank accounts, and deposits.
- Understand CFD dividends and FX swaps to assist clients with related queries.
- Support the Sales team as needed.
- Assist Introducing Brokers and their clients.
- Work towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
- Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Business fluency in written and verbal English; additional language skills are preferred.
- Effective relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Pragmatic, flexible, and capable of handling ambiguity while remaining focused.
- Confident and proactive communicator at all levels; a good team player.
- Performance-driven, results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large workloads, stay calm, and remain productive under stress.
- Reliable with willingness to work antisocial hours to meet client needs and foster future business.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous client-facing experience.
