Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Requirements

1. Experience as a Housekeeping Assistant is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
2. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
3. Positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people.
4. Strong communication skills, being considerate and kind when interacting with residents and colleagues.
5. Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures for reporting concerns.
6. Willingness to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training as required.
