Role – We are seeking a React JS Architect who can lead the frontend direction of our modern web applications. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of React and a passion for crafting scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI architectures.

Key skills:

• 6+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ in React.js as an Architect.
• Proven experience designing and scaling React-based architectures in production
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, SSR, performance tuning, and accessibility
• Deep understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.)
• Strong grasp of component-driven development, micro-frontends, and monorepos
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the frontend architecture for large-scale React applications
• Set coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component strategies
• Collaborate with backend teams, DevOps, and designers to ensure seamless integration
