Please note this role does not qualify for sponsorship due to hours not meeting Home Office guidelines. Due to service requirements, only female applicants will be considered.

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, following the guidance of the person supported and their support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication when required, and cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
We operate supported living services in Conwy, Denbighshire, and Wrexham, providing person-centered, responsive support in people's own homes. Support is available 24/7, working closely with healthcare professionals to tailor support to individual needs.
Shaftesbury North Wales supports various properties, each with their own bedroom that residents can personalize, creating a homely environment.
