Job Description
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with the schedule and undertake emergency breakdown repairs.
Following up tasks from PPM and ordering any spare parts required.
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety/Food Safety standards at all times.
Carrying out dynamic risk assessments in line with your daily tasks.
Maintaining and improving standards of hygiene and housekeeping in all areas of the factory including the engineering office and workshop.
Ensuring production lines are running in optimum condition.
Assisting in the installation of new equipment on the site.
Use and maintenance of the Mainsaver CMMS system.
Development and upskilling where applicable.
Providing both Reactive & PPM.
Working on a variety of kit including cheese cutting equipment (block/portion/sliced/grated), conveyors, multihead weighers, packaging equipment & metal detectors.
Ensuring that equipment is set up and ready for shift start.
4 on 4 off (2 Days 2 Nights) - 12 Hours
