Were currently recruiting experienced and confident HLTAs to work across a variety of primary schools in the Bexley area. This is a great opportunity for those looking to take on more responsibility in the classroom, support pupils across the key stages, and occasionally lead lessons in the absence of a teacher.

The Role

1. Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
2. Leading small group interventions and booster sessions
3. Covering lessons when required (with plans provided)
4. Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
5. Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams as needed

Ideal Candidate:

1. HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
2. Confident leading whole-class sessions
3. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
4. Adaptable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships quickly
5. Previous experience working across multiple year groups is a bonus
