Qualifications

  • Expérience en tant que Sous Chef ou Chef de Partie senior.
  • Passion pour la production de nourriture de qualité.

Responsibilities

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

We seek an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP aiming for the next step, who considers themselves a natural leader with a passion for producing quality, fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As a successful Sous Chef, you will:

  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
  • Be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and all health and safety procedures effectively.
  • Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials, demonstrating creativity.
  • Show great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour.
  • Have a proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
