Job summary

A prominent building consultancy is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team in Cardiff. In this role, you will conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, identifying defects and assessing the lifespan of key components. With the use of asset management software on provided tablet devices, you will complete 6-10 surveys per day. An immediate start is available, and an induction will be provided to familiarize you with the software. Job description

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Cardiff.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
2. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
3. Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
4. RDSAP assessments.

About the Role:

Immediate start!

Surveys are carried out on asset management software - tablet devices will be provided.

Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day.

Induction provided - to use the software.

Outside IR 35.
