Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Wells

Basic Salary: £11.44 Per Hour (OTE: Between £27,000 - £30,000+ per annum)

Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Wednesday & closed on Sunday. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

  3. Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
  4. Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
  5. Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  6. Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  7. Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
  8. Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
  9. Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
  10. Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.
