What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Restaurant & Bar team, you’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard, and revenues are maximized at every opportunity.

Is this the role for me?

Previous experience working within hospitality, people management experience, experience working in a busy bar & restaurant operation, up-to-date with food & beverage trends & best practice, knowledge of wines & spirits.
