The proposed project includes a new 8-story, 212-key infrastructure, alongside an additional 13 keys in the renovated Depot, totaling 225 keys altogether. The full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be a first of its kind in the Salt Lake City market. The irreplaceable nature of this generational asset earned it a designation from the Historic Landmark Commission, both for its cultural significance and striking appearance. The property is located across the street from Delta Center, home of the NBA’s Utah Jazz and over 150 events scheduled annually at the 18,000-person arena.

As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will support our housekeeping department by assisting with various tasks such as delivering linens, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas. Summary:

• Assist with delivering clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies
• Clean and maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, and lobbies
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner
• Support the housekeeping team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and healthy environment
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
