Our well established Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is looking to grow and appoint a team manager, who will lead the M&A due diligence sub-team and assist in the development and expansion of the firm’s LDC Due Diligence offering. The successful individual will manage 8 Paralegals, while ensuring a high quality service to the firm’s Corporate Practice.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Standard ways of working are adhered to
o Robust checks and quality controls are in place
o Work is properly staffed; and
o The team delivers to internal or external client requirements
o Managing the expectations of those providing the instructions by tracking progress, anticipating and highlighting resourcing issues and providing sufficient and timely updates; and
o Acting as the initial point of LDC contact in connection with any issues and escalating as necessary
Assisting with the development and expansion of the LDC DD offering by:
o Allocating assignments and monitoring workload
o Conducting performance reviews; and
o Identifying training needs and arranging/providing coaching where required

Candidates who have 2+ years’ experience working within a Corporate Legal Team, or similar setting.
