Office Assistant – Temporary | London | £14 per hour Dates: 7th–10th April 2025 (with a 2-hour handover on Wednesday 2nd April)
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House: Welcoming visitors and clients, answering incoming calls, and managing general enquiries with a professional manner.
Administrative Support: Assisting with filing, scanning, document handling, and day-to-day office admin tasks.
Meeting Support: Booking and preparing meeting rooms, coordinating refreshments, and ensuring meetings run seamlessly.
Office Supplies: Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure essential items are replenished.
Travel Coordination: Supporting the team with travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
Database Management: Accurate data entry and maintaining internal records and systems.
Event Support: Providing ad hoc assistance for internal events and team activities.
Office Upkeep: Ensuring the office remains organised, presentable, and aligned with health and safety standards.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or administrative support role.
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
