IT Procurement Specialist

Are you an experienced IT procurement professional with a strategic mindset and a focus on value? We're seeking a contract IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. Your role will involve sourcing, negotiating, and managing IT services, hardware, and software for a multi-site, global organization.

This position is remote, working closely with the IT Director, IT teams, and Supply Chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze and understand the IT procurement needs of the business
• Research and identify suitable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels
• Ensure procurement is timely, cost-effective, and of high quality
• Manage procurement records, contracts, and invoices
• Collaborate with IT teams on current and future technology needs
• Stay updated with IT market trends and innovations
• Review existing contracts and lead renewal or re-tendering processes
• Contribute to the development of global procurement strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in IT procurement (hardware, software, and services)
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract skills
• Good understanding of multi-site/global IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with project-based procurement and implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• CIPS qualification is preferred but not essential
