This exciting new opportunity would suit an experienced Field Salesperson with an ambition to grow personally and professionally in an environment where you would have the autonomy to add real value to global stakeholders.

You will need to be knowledgeable in single-use assemblies within the single-use bioprocess and CGT setups.

Working from a home office but with c30%+ travel, this role will take responsibility for selling a range of innovative and dynamic products focused on the biopharma development and manufacturing sector. This growth position has come on the back of strong growth and investment in new products, and it's an exciting time to join a respected name in the sector. Working closely with the VP Sales and Product Management team, you will manage your territory to identify, develop, and close sales with biopharma and CGT clients. This is a highly consultative role, and applicants must have experience selling to the bioprocess sector and be familiar with single-use assemblies and 3rd party product integration. You will be supported by a highly experienced team of product specialists to help develop and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate activity to promote and sell the company's full product range.
  • Constantly plan, forecast, and build a pipeline of opportunities, communicating progress with the wider sales management team and product management teams.
  • Deliver growth on your territory through identification and winning of new business along with developing revenues from existing customers.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple complex sales opportunities; delivering on timescales and promises and working with all stakeholders to progress opportunities.
  • Strategic territory management to prioritize accounts; putting maximal effort into appropriate sales opportunities whilst maintaining strong customer communication across all accounts.
  • Deliver customer presentations, attend and speak at key conferences and events.
  • Appropriate level of travel to meet customers to progress sales and close opportunities.
  • Excellent product knowledge, able to provide advice and support of product selection and integration.
  • Competitor analysis; be aware of emerging trends within the market and the wants/needs of the customers; feeding back to Product Management team and R&D.

About you:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering discipline (or equivalent industry/role specific hands-on experience).
  • Several years current field sales experience selling relatable products to the bioprocess sector.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Business level English communication skills plus a European language.
  • Full driving license and the ability to travel throughout Europe with regular overnight stays (and occasional international trips).
