About the Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, writing, editing, and testing clear, compelling in-product language that helps users and teams achieve their goals. Your work will encompass product flows, interface language, educational materials, product names, and more across various products and experiences.
You'll apply systems thinking to define extensible design system guidance, conduct audits of existing experiences, and create information architecture. Familiarity with code is essential, as you'll review it to ensure the in-product language aligns with design intentions and creates personalised user experiences.
