Senior Solution Consultant, Tulip, MES Life Sciences, Manchester

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid remote/onsite, with flexible approx. 2 days per week in the office. Fully remote applicants will be considered, but onsite presence is an advantage.

Position Overview:

We seek a skilled Senior Solution Consultant to develop and implement MES solutions on the Tulip platform for clients in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices. The role involves collaborating with teams to define requirements, design solutions, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their processes and MES needs.
• Design MES solutions addressing manufacturing and regulatory challenges.
• Plan integrations between MES and other systems like ERP and devices.
• Lead requirements workshops and prepare specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams for seamless delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Conduct training for clients and teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in MES implementation, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of MES platforms like Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite.
• Experience with Tulip or similar low/no-code tools is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven track record of leading MES projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of Pharma/Biotech processes and regulations (GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
