Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Nursing & Care Homes (HCA)

Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: £12.82 - £17 per hour

Contract: Full Time & Part time Agency/Bank

We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants in the Poole, Dorset area, for a number of nursing and residential homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight
  • Moving and handling of patients, assisting around the home
  • Providing personal care, such as washing and personal hygiene
  • Serving meals and helping to feed patients
  • Showing compassion while talking to patients and making them comfortable
